This website and the coaching and educational services on it are provided by Cody Murphy trading as CM Futures ("CM Futures", "we"). You can contact us at cody@cmfutures.ie. By accessing this website or applying for coaching, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Educational nature
All content and coaching are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. Nothing provided should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
3. Risk acknowledgment
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You acknowledge that you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and any losses you may incur. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Coaching services
Coaching is provided by application and acceptance only, and submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Coaching is a paid service. The applicable fees, scope, schedule and payment terms will be communicated and agreed in writing before coaching begins. Submitting an application or booking an introductory consultation does not create an obligation to purchase. The introductory consultation is complimentary and creates no obligation to purchase coaching.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CM Futures shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including any trading losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
